Services

Everything is Sacred ~

Just in case you jumped to the services page first, I’m Deb, founder of Sacred Living. I am here to assist people during times of challenge ~ be it illness, the grief of loss of someone dear to them or the loss of a long treasured dream.  Loss comes in both life and death.

I look to nature as a guide and may suggest herbs and flower essences as complementary allies for your journey.  I am especially versed and committed to helping those who are journeying with Lyme Disease and/or other complicated chronic illnesses.  And I draw on the depth and breadth of many ancient spiritual paths such as the wisdom of stillness, the art of mindfulness and the inherent goodness and balance of meditation and qi gong.  I believe every breath is an invitation to open into the sacred present moment.

By working with me, I hope you will find some of the sweetness of life coming back into your heart.

Individual Private Consultations

Individual private sessions ~  You can pour a cup of your favorite tea and we’ll sip together  while we are on the phone or on Skype (unless you live near enough to pop over to my studio). I will listen with compassion and openness and we’ll discuss the ways that I can best support your inner journey and your body.

~ Together, we may consider flowers and herbs to support both your inner heart journey and your body.

~ We may embark on a guided meditation or do some gentle movements of qi gong and meditative breathing ~ whatever you need to be supported and cared for as you embark on this soul journey of healing.  Of course, we will also draw on Nature for her wisdom and strength.

“Your hand opens and closes and opens and closes.
If it were always a fist or always stretched open,
you would be paralyzed.
Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding.
The two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as birdwings.”
